  1. Im with optus and have tried downloading the new update, but I keep getting an error message stating that the download was unsuccessful and the update is corrupt. Anyone else having the same problems?

  2. I downloaded this update and now my HTC One will not connect to wireless no matter what I try. This must be a bug which is frustrating as I use this constantly on my home wireless network as my Vodafone network connection is so poor.

  3. I’m also with Optus and I’m receiving the same messages. Have been trying for well over a week to get KitKat 4.4.2, but no luck. The download appears to run for about 1 second then fails.

  4. Try this it worked for me – Settings -> App -> All (Tab) -> find Updater choose Force stop, clear cache and Data then check Update manually and you should have some success.

    1. Cheers, mate. I was having the same problems as others but your solution worked a treat.
