New Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update with build number version 6.2.B.O.211 is currently push for Xperia S LT26i, Xperia acro S LT26w and Xperia SL LT26ii. There is no official changelog available for now, since Sony’s website ahsn’t officially announce it yet. But this update has been confirmed by XDA-developer folks that it’s truly available now on some countries worldwide. This update is now the second Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean release for the Xperia S right after from last month’s initial released of the build number version 6.2.B.0.200. According to their findings, there is no ‘Stamina Mode’ included and there are some lag issues during video recording on this new update but you should try it by yourself.
This new Jelly Bean 6.2.B.0.211 can now be downloaded and installed on Xperia S, Xpera Acro S and the Xperia SL by using Sony’s PC Companion software tool. This update has been confirmed hitting in some part of Asia, Middle East and Europe countries. Software updates are released at stages depending on operator and/or country.
