Samsung China has introduced the availability of the Galaxy Mega Plus. Compared to the original Galaxy Mega’s design that features 1.7 GHz and the Galaxy Mega 5.8′s 1.4GHz dual-core, this variant now sports a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. However, the display size is still the same with 5.8-inch display supporting qHD (960×540) resolution but it has a much smaller and compact physical dimensions: 162.6 x 82.4 x 8.99mm (H x W x D).
In addition, all other features are the same, including the camera which remains at 8 megapixel at rear, 1.9 megapixel front-facing camera, expandable 16 GB Memory, Bluetooth, GPS / GLONASS, WLAN, USB 2.0, dual-SIM connectivity, and 2600mAh battery.
The Galaxy Mega Plus is now only available in Chinese market, but this might be also hitting to the international market this coming months.
