Samsung Galaxy S3 4.4.2 KitKat Update Officially Confirmed

Samsung  U.S. has just released an official press release stating that the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update will soon hitting on select carrier and Galaxy devices starting today. This announcement has not been very surprising since we already knew that newer Samsung smartphones and tablets can be upgraded to 4.4.2 KitKat OS, but what more surprisingly brought to my attention is the Samsung Galaxy S3, including the Galaxy S3 mini variants. The U.S. Galaxy S3’s 4.3 software update has been already seen in action since last December 2013 and there might be somebody out there thought that it was the last Android OS version for the Galaxy S3.

Samsung officially addressed that all U.S. carriers Galaxy S3 variants, including AT&T Galaxy S3 (SGH-I747), T-Mobile Galaxy S3 (SGH-T999/L/N), Verizon Galaxy S3 (SCH-I535), Sprint Galaxy S3 (SPH-L710), and among others like U.S Cellular Galaxy S3.  Though, it has been officially confirmed by Samsung itself but there are no significant exact-date of which carrier network will going to unleash it first, soon. So keep in-touch as this will rock your Galaxy S3 to the next level.
