The well-known firmware-leaker Sammobile has brought this test firmware to surface. The folks already tested this said I9505XXUEMJ3 for 2 days but they haven’t noticed any major changes and other major improvements so far.
This firmware build I9505XXUEMJ3 points-out as for Asian Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 variants only but this can be also flashed on unbranded Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 international version. This is just another leaked next to previous firmware build I9505XXUMI8. Those who might to give it a try, just grab the leaked Android 4.3 firmware I9505XXUEMJ3 version from source below.

Procedure: Odin Flashing Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 with leaked firmware I9505XXUEMJ3 Android 4.3
– Make sure to back-up all imprtant data stored in your phone, including contacts, messages, photos, videos etc.
– Recharge the battery for at-least 60% or much better you make it fully.
– Download Odin3_V3.09 here
– Download Kies 3 USB driver here
Install the USB driver (skip this if you already installed Kies in your computer).
Unzip the downloaded leaked firmware build I9505XXUEMJ3, use winzip or 7zip to extract it.
Unzip and run Odin3_v3.09 exe.
Reboot your Galaxy S4 into download mode – Just simply Press and hold Home + Power + Volume down buttons Then press volume up to get into download mode screen.
Connect your Galaxy S4 with the computer using the supplied USB cable.
Wait until Odin recognizes the phone. It will show you the ID:COM or USB port number that will turn into blue color.
Now head back in Odin and make sure not to tick the “Re-Partition’ checkbox. Except for Auto-Reboot and F-Reset time.
Then load each specific file to Odin corresponding fields.
BL button select the Bootloader image –
AP button select the Phone image –
CP button select the Modem image –

Now once all files are loaded in each designated field, just simply hit the “START button. then wait until the flashing successfully completes.
