Here’s a guide on how to root Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7105 LTE that is now updated or runs with latest 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Update N7105XXDMB3. To root it, you can use Chainfire’s CF-Root for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7105 LTE (tolte) with simple steps ahead. The N7105XXDMB3 firmware build version was initially released in Singapore, this and another 4.1.2 build from earlier N7105XXDMB2 in Europe regions.

Download the CF Auto Root package and triangle away apps.
and extract it to .tar

Install USB driver Download
Unzip or extract the downloaded CF-Auto-Root-t0lte-t0ltexx-gtn7105.zip. Then you will get the CF-Auto-Root-t0lte-t0ltexx-gtn7105.tar.md5 which is an Odinflashable file.
- Make sure the battery is fully charge.
- Make a back-up copy of all important files stored from the device.
- Enable USB debugging mode of your Note 2 Go to Settings>Application>Development>Turn On USB debugging mode.
Root GT-N7105 XXDMB3 MC1 4.1.2 Jelly Bean
Step 1: Run Odin Odin3 v3.07.exe or v1.85.exe
Step 2: In Odin options, make sure the “Re-Partition is unchecked. Leave Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time checkboxes are checked.
Step 3: Reboot the Galaxy Note 2 N7105 LTE into download. To enter DownloadMode just “press and Hold the Volume Down button, Home and the Power button. Simply press volume up to continue, once the warning screen appears.
Step 4: Connect your Galaxy Note 2 N7105 LTE to the computer via USB cable. You should see that Odin will highlight the ID:COM bar and it says “Added!!”. If Odindoesn’t respond once the device is plug, just check for possible issues like re-installing the USB driver and or checking the USB cable.
Step 5: Click the PDA Button,then browse and select the CF-Auto-Root-t0lte-t0ltexx-gtn7105.tar.md5 file to load it.
Step: 6: Simply Hit the START button to begin the root process.
Step 7: Wait until it finishes and or until a word “PASS!” displays in Odin and then let the device completely rebooted. Then unplugged the phone from the computer.
Reset the Binary Flash counter to 0.
Installing CF-Root will trip the binary flash counter, you may only reset it using the triangle away apps.
Just follow the steps from apps menu once installed.
