  1. Does this build version work on all networks including wind?
I bought a Samsung Note 3 [sm-n900w8 all specs are like you have above] from Bell and is locked to Bell. If I unlock it will it work with WInd? How can I know if it works for sure?

also there is a code on the sticker like this
    what does this mean?

    1. Yup, it worked. You may visit Bell if they offer free unlocking services. All Canadian Note 3’s model numbers are SM-N900W8. Also used same software update version but with different CSC files (Consumer Specific Code) for their each carrier default apps like the welcome screen logos and other bloatwares.
