AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy S4 (SGH-I337) users will now enjoy the Android 4.3 upgrade that has officially rolled out today. The official 4.3 update has now come in firmware build number I337UCUEMJ9, an update from previous  Android 4.2.2 I337UCUAMF3. Way back last month there is a leaked 4.3 came around and upon our expectations that AT&T’s Galaxy S4  where about to received the first 4.3 update in the U.S. but basically it goes on fourth carrier next to Verizon , Big Red Sprint and US Cellular.

The AT&T Android 4.3 update on Samsung Galaxy S4 is slightly similar from those released found in Sprint and Verizon.  The 4.3 update which is also includes Galaxy Gear support and the new KNOX which can be found on Galaxy Note 3 but isn’t enabled by default yet. The Keyboard has also re-designed and now has built in ‘EMOJI’ when you hold down on the voice key. The very best feature you will firstly notice is the screen graphics and text, which is much clearer, sharper and a lot more brighter which is astonishing compared to any previous updates. There also lots of new apps can be found and some improvements on music gallery and might be the camera also. So it’s all up to you discover the newly added stuff on Android 4.3 update.

The MJ9 update is only available via OTA or delivered over the air, and the released is in stages which means only select devices can see an update at a time, but all Galaxy S4 owners will get an update which usually lasted for around two weeks ahead. So better check your device Settings>>About Device>> then Check for Software Update from time to time if you did not received any notification message yet.

One more thing, there are some reports that mostly from owners rooted Galaxy S4 devices wasn’t successfully took this update over the air.  So if it happens that your device has root, then you should try to figure out how to unroot it first before it can received the 4.3 update so you won’t face any failures while updating. There are still few other method to get this update like flashing the MJ9 OTA update zip file in recovery or Odin back to stock using the MJ9 full firmware file, but those files are not yet available for now.
