Have you ever wonder how you can upgrade your Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE version (AT&T SGH-I317, T-Mobile SGH-T889 and GT-N7105 – international) to the most latest Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean which other users already have it in Google owned slates like the Galaxy Nexuses. Samsung devices don’t have it yet for now, the only highest Android version is 4.1.2 Jelly Bean but if you want your Galaxy Note 2 to be on top of other devices, then you can do it as you want.
The CyayanogenMod team now came to the rescue as they brings the official CM10.1 Android 4.2.1 nightly build. Thus, who are familiar about tweaking their devices with custom ROM can now enjoy the CM10.1 4.2.1 goodies.
This ROM works only on Samsung Galaxy Note II LTE U.S variants with specific models SGH-I317 AT&T, SGH-T889 T-Mobile and GT-N7105 international version. Other Galaxy Note variants like SPH-L900 Sprint, SCH-I605 Verizon and Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7100 will be sorry for now for this will not tend to work on such devices.
Just read carefully the pros and cons on on how this ROM works your devices before attempting any installation. Now head over at XDA-developer original thread – http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=36873319
