Samsung Galaxy Note 4 N910C Android 5.0.1 Lollipop Update N910CXXU1BOB4 Released

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910C  official Android 5.0.1 Lollipop update is rolling out now.  The firmware released via Over-The-Air (OTA update) with build version N910CXXU1BOB4 is initially available in Poland today.  This is the first Android 5.0.1 Lollipop ever released on Samsung Galaxy Note 4 but luckily those who got the  SM-N910C (Exynos) version may enjoy it first. Whilst those who got the SM-N910F (Snapdragon), including other model variants in US and Canada should  not take too long to arrive. It looks like the (Exynos) version  of Samsung’s  flagships  are now mostly favored to get the most of recent updates just like what the unexpectedly happening to the Samsung Galaxy S4.

In addition,  Samsung had to technically skipped the Android 5.0 Lollipop as it was riddled with some few bugs, according to reports.  While the Android 5.01 Lollipop is quite a lot better in performance and battery life improvements.  So we could assume and expect that all Galaxy Note 4 users will going to received the Android 5.0.1 to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop updates these following months.

The update will update the previous Android 4.4.4 KitKat  N910CXXU1ANK5 to Android 5.0.1 Lollipop N910CXXU1BOB4. The update weights  990 MB in file size, and the process might runs around 20 to 30 minutes  upon downloading and installation.
