1. Download the zip and place it in the root directory of your phone’s SD card.
2. Reboot the phone onto stock recovery. Press and hold Volume UP+Home+power buttons at the same time, until it displays the recovery mode screen.
3. Select install update from external storage.
4. Select the root “UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.25.zip” file.
However, if it triggers the counter you can also simply reset it back to normal-count 0′ at XDA.
